Jessica H. Catlin

Jessica H. Catlin was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2001 and in the federal district court in 2004. She specializes in estate planning, probate administration, probate litigation, family law, appellate advocacy, and civil litigation.
Ms. Catlin’s goal is to avoid traditional litigation through the use of alternative dispute resolution techniques; however, if litigation becomes necessary, she is a strong and capable advocate. Ms. Catlin joined the Firm as a Member in 2007.

jess-smJessica served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Lael Montgomery in 2001-2002. She was the Boulder County Bar Association’s Co-Chair of the Elder Law Section from 2012 – 2016.

Jessica enjoys the Colorado outdoors to the fullest with skiing, hiking, trail running, and spending time with her family. She is also the President of the Board of Directors for the Boulder Chamber Orchestra and on the Board for the Boulder County Bar Foundation.
