Jonathan S. Leinheardt

Formerly an Assistant District Attorney in New York City (Queens County), Jonathan focuses on criminal defense, from pre-charge investigation through trial and appeal. He also specializes in probate law (administration and litigation), with an emphasis on conservatorships and guardianships, having frequently served the role of Court-appointed counsel of incapacitated persons. Jonathan also practices in all areas of family law, including complex divorce, property division, parental responsibilities (decision-making and parenting time), child support, and maintenance (spousal support). Jonathan also has substantial civil litigation experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide-range of disputes, including personal injury, business, employment, and real estate.
