Sean M. Stewart joined the law firm in 2015. His practice focuses primarily on real estate, development, land use, and business matters, with experience in both transactional matters and litigation. He also has extensive experience in criminal and family law. Sean’s approach is centered on the concept that the best way to help a client is to understand their long-term goals and customize creative solutions to help achieve them, whether it be through negotiation or in the courtroom.
Sean graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Sean was a Deputy District Attorney in Eagle County, Colorado. He previously served on the Boulder County Planning Commission and the Executive Committee for the Boulder County Democratic Party, and has intimate understanding of government relations issues, representing clients before municipal and local government bodies.
Sean is a native of Boulder County and spends much of his free time skiing, climbing, and running.
